Fall/Spring Costs for 2009-2010 (added 3/1/09):

Semester Plan

*Please note: Total amounts due DO NOT include the $100.00 pre-payment. This fee is in addition to the fees listed. Please refer to the paper contract for a more detailed breakdown of the fee schedule.

Installment Plan

*Please note: Eight payments due by the 1st of each of the following months: September, October, November, December, February, March, April, and May.

*Please note: Statements are sent out according to payment plans. Payments can be made by mail or by calling the University Housing Office and using a credit card. No online payments are available at this time.

Important Note: Prices outlined DO NOT include the additional $440 per academic year for assignment in Willard Hall. All costs will be adjusted accordingly for students receiving and accepting assignment in Willard Hall.

Bowen Hall - additional $220 per academic year ($110 charge per semester, $27.50 per installment).

Single Rooms - additional $858 per academic year ($429 charge per semester, $107.25 per installment).
